Healthy Home made Plum cake_oven not needed:)

What with Lara Dutta promoting this beautiful product and Blog Adda giving out samples to bloggers to review it,I was totally tempted to try Fortune Rice Bran Health Oil which claimed_"You don’t always have to choose between good taste and health. Not any more! Fortune Rice Bran Health oil makes your signature recipes healthier and tastier." Wow! Now that sounds great, doesn't it?! That was when I decided to cook one of my favorite homemade plum cake_Yumalicious!:)

2 cup-Maida
1/2 cup Fortune Rice Bran Health Oil
1 1/2 tsp-Baking soda
1 1/2 cup-sugar
1/2 cup-Milk
1 tsp-Vanilla Essence
2 tsp-butter

Method:*Whip all ingredients except butter in a mixer, until the mixture is nicely mount.

*Take a big cooker, and keep it on the stove.

*Take A4 size 2 sheets adjust them the same size as the cooker and apply butter or oil on it nicely.

*Place these sheets inside the cooker,pre-heat the stove.

*Add tuti-futis to the batter and mix well.

*Pour the batter on the oily sheets inside the cooker.

Pour 2 drops of Vanilla essence on the batter and close the cooker without putting the whistle(The whistle is not needed)

*Keep the cooker on low flame for about 45 mins.

*Off the cooker after 45mins but do not open it immediately, let it cool down for 10 mins.

The cake is ready now,u can apply cream on it or just have it as it is...cut it into pieces and store in air tight container._Enjoy:)

Happy eating! :)
