Traditional knowledge and my experiences with it...
10:34
They say life doesn't remain the same for ever...it twists and turns, sometimes it makes you happy, sometimes it makes you feel low. It's a journey...a wonderful journey! When we are so busy in our lives that we don't even acknowledge anything else in the world, nature plays its magnetic role! In minutes our lives change...in minutes our brooding lives transfer into blissful concoctions!
Fifteen months back, Nature struck such chords in my life too...
My sister was back at her In laws house when the news came in...the news which made the whole family celebrate with joy- After two years of her married life, my sister was now pregnant!
My sixteen year old brother was the youngest of our family. He was too big for us to play with and too big to be hugged, kissed and pampered...Our house remained silent, noiseless and tidy at all times. The need of a baby who would keep us busy 24/7 was beyond compare. My parents were desperate to hear the cackle of their first grandchild while I was desperate to have someone to play with and laugh with... So, the news of Sis's pregnancy came as God's best gift ever.
Finally after Nine months of prolonged waiting, my Sis was blessed with a baby boy. I still remember the day when Mom had called us from the hospital, I was visibly screaming with joy! I was finally a Masi now!YAY!
Life changed in an instant and so did our daily schedules. The little one, fragile and innocent, became the most important and most pampered member of the family. The whole house was filled with his ear crushing cries, heart rending cackles and never ending vigor and strength.
Every morning my mother would give 'Mister Important' a nice 'Dabur Lal Tail' oil massage and a hot water bath. I would nicely load his body with 'Johnsons Baby Powder' and cute little clothes. After getting pampered like this, the little one would sleep for like ages!
Mum says that massaging a baby with a good natural oil is very important for his health. It strengthens the muscles and bones of the baby helping him grow faster. My Mom always insists on using 'Dabur Lal Tail' for my nephew. Dabur has always been among our family favorites! I remember those days when I would brush my teeth with 'Dabur lal dant manjan'. I still love it's taste! What with my mother's strong belief in natural products, she would always insist on using only 'Lal tail' by Dabur for us as it's a trusted brand which offers natural products.
So, in spite of being born in this era of medical civilisation, thanks to my Mum, my nephew is treated to traditional oil massage techniques which help in his natural growth. At times whenever I have got a chance to observe the kiddo, I have noticed that he really feels relaxed and distressed after the Dabur Lal Tail massage. Just moments after the massage and bath he transforms into his 'sleeping beauty' mode. Sleep is very essential for a child's better growth and development.
The use of harsh chemical products disturb a baby's growth and development. Children are very sensitive on both the outside and inside. The right choice of products for their development is very vital.
My nephew is six months old now. It's a pleasure seeing him sit and roam the whole house all by himself. I spend most of my time talking to him in his own sweet language.
Through all my past experiences, I would highly recommend people to opt for traditional and natural techniques to bring up their kids. All chemically processed medicines have one or the other side effects which can be harmful for your child. Natural products like 'Dabur Lal Tail' not only help your child grow in a non-harmful way but also ensure that the growth is faster and better!
Ayurveda is a very refined art brought to us by our experienced ancestors. Today if people catch even the slightest of colds, they blindly rush to doctors for medicines. The fact they ignore is that the cure lies in their own kitchens among the beautiful spices... I have never had a good experience with modern day hospitals! They either fail to cure me every time or just increase my ailment! Having wonderful parents like my Dad and Mom who believe in Nature and it's amazing abilities, I have never felt the need to rush to doctors for small ailments like cough, cold and fever. In fact, the biggest ailment of my life was also cured by Ayurveda and not a modern medicine!
Two years back I suffered with the most threatening nervous disease which was close to making me handicapped. A small accident which hurt my right leg had lead to a ferocious nervous conjecture. Even after six months of helplessly trying to fight the disease and taking treatments from some of the top doctors of Bangalore, my condition just got worse. That's when my parents opted for Ayurvedic neural treatment and by God's grace, my ailment was cured by two months of usage of pure honey. I am a healthy, buoyant and happy teenager now :) Thanks to my Father's friend who suggested my Father to cure me with Ayurveda!
Honey has the cure for every disease! My Father is a sugar patient who had to suffer from a heart attack in his early forties. All the hectic medical heart treatments just deteriorated his health further. That was when he finally decided to quit modern medicines and take Ayurvedic natural medicines. By God's grace he's a healthy young man now who stays away from hospitals.
By the guidance of the holy book 'Tidbe Nabuvi Saw' he has started drinking pure honey which has strikingly reduced his sugar level to the extent of zero! His life is a constant inspiration for me and my family.
All these and more of my experiences make me believe in Ayurveda as a refined and best technique for human development. Indeed Mother Earth has the cure for everything!
So, I would highly recommend the use of 'Dabur lal Tail' for kids as it's Clinically proven to give two times faster physical growth and it is also cent percent safe.
