Remarks: An excellent witty read! Totally value for money.

There's a saying which goes 'Never judge a book by its cover'. This saying does not go with this book at all! Everything about this book, 'Sorting Out Sid' by Yashodhara Lal, from the innovative cover design to the witty story-line is remarkable!Three cheers to Arijit Ganguly for the awesome cover design!

One word: Hilarious!

Siddharth Agarwal aka Sid, our male protagonist is a man with many shades of grey! When he's with his wife, he is the 'Husband Sid',in the company of children he switches to the 'Uncle Sid' mode and when out partying, he transforms into an entertaining 'Party Sid'! The best part is that unlike some of the other authors, Yashodhara Lal paints her characters with shades of grey and not straight white or black. This makes us connect easily with the characters due to the realistic human touch present with the characters.

Sid has it all...
A fifteen year old marriage...
the chance to become the youngest VP of his company...
A bunch of devoted friends..

Yet, he finds he's not happy because there's a different story going on behind the scenes!

He is not happy with the way his marriage is falling apart...
He hates his job as a bathroom utensils seller...
His friends turn out to be backstabbers!

Finally, like his last hope, a ray of sunshine, Neha, a single Mom comes into his life and gives music to it. Is he happy after being in a relationship with her? Well, it turns out that it has just added to his worries - Yes! It's very difficult to sort out this guy's life!

Coming to the overall review of the book, what made me fall head over heels for it was the sheer wit and humour! Yashodhara Lal has the skill to pinch in threads of humour and wit even in simplest of conversation among the different characters of the book. You'll find you are clutching your stomach and laughing your heart out. Simple words like 'FINE' said by Sid make you laugh in the context of this book.

Though the story-line which was semi-bollywoodish didn't impress me much, the kick of humour and wit makes me crave to read more of this author's works!

So, if you want to release some stress or just want to taste some real juicy humour, pick this book up and I am sure you will love it! :D

To sum up, I would say that 'Sorting Out Si' by Yashodhara Lal is a light breezy read filled with lots of humour and which tickle your stomach and make you enjoy it!

It's pure entertainment! Go grab a copy like NOW!
